I decided to create my website on wix.com as it is a recognised service for creating websites with little or no experience. I decided to use a wix.com template rather than creating an auto generated site and then edited different parts of the template to make it suited for the type of design I was going for.

Home Page

My home screen for the website includes my logo at the top center of the screen and slightly below it 3 buttons with an anchor leading to the pages of the same name. The 'portfolio' button also includes a dropdown menu which will be anchored to my different projects once they have been added.

Portfolio Page
 
This page is currently a blank page with the title 'portfolio'. this will be updated adding title for my different projects as well as the projects being uploaded to the website.

Contact Page

This  page includes the title 'contact' at the top of the page followed by a form to fill to contact me which requires 'name' 'email' and 'message' with 'phone' being an optional form of contact. Underneath this there are also buttons each linking to my different socials: facebook, instagram, linkedin, youtube and blogger.

Overview

I went for a completely different design with my new version of my website. I kept the entire website to the same color scheme as my logo to keep everything streamline and related. I added a Bio to give easy access to basic information. I added a separate section for my showreel. Finally, I added a second task bar to the right side of the screen which has links to all my social medias (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Blogger) and it can be seen on all pages of the website. I decided to use a format that I felt was the easiest to navigate the website. Every page can be accessed from just scrolling but there is also a quick way to access specific pages by using the task bar at the top of the screen. 

Home Page


My home page in this website is very simple. It has a task bar at the top left for quick access to all other pages. The full left side of the screen is on a purple background and simply says my name and my scecialised areas (photographer/videographer/editor). The right side of the page is on a black background and shows my logo.

About Page


This  page includes the title 'About Me' at the top of the page followed by a simple description of the work I do and is going to include a link to my full resume via a button beneath the information.

Showreel Page


This  page includes the title 'Showreel' at the top of the page and is dedicated to my showreel.


Portfolio Page


This  page includes the title 'Portfolio' at the top of the page followed by my video portfolio. It shows 4 of my video projects and a short description of each one.

Contact Page


This  page includes the title 'Contact' at the top of the page followed by a form to fill to contact me which requires 'name' 'email' and 'message' with 'phone' being an optional form of contact. My Inspirations in Media

Will Smith - Willard Carroll Smith Jr . is an American actor, rapper, and film producer. He has been nominated for five Golden Globe Awards, two Academy Awards, and has won four Grammy Awards. He first gained fame from his rapping career under the name ‘The Fresh Prince ’. After the flop of his music, he went broke however he was approached by a producer who was working on a new comedy series which then went on to become ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ’.
